My name is Chris Roberts, a volunteer for Break Free.

I’m 39, years old with 2 kids and a lovely girlfriend who has supported me through my journey. I first reached out to Break Free early December 2020 as things were on a downward spiral, but reaching out is where my life turned around.

The tools given, the walks, the meetings have proved invaluable, it has allowed me to get my life back, I have started designing my own t shirts and I have begun doing yoga again, something which is really close to my heart.

The support from Break Free has now allowed me to start helping others who are now reaching out too.

Life starts when you stop! It has for me!
